Jesus taught about the Kingdom of God by using parables which consisted of concepts from every day living that were then to used to illustrate a specific lesson that Jesus wanted teach about the Kingdom of God. The Body and Spirit page is used in this same way, as exercise and fitness are used as a parable to teach about the Kingdom of God.
